Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations, ensuring product availability and clean, stocked fixtures. You will follow procedures and assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager to drive performance and guest satisfaction.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow processes, and a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Proficient with basic technology: POS and Apple devices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Meet store goals by ensuring tasks are executed and products are available.
• Follow dashboards and complete shipment, replenishment, inventory procedures.
• Maintain attendance and store standards.
• Foster an inclusive environment and participate in training.
• Adhere to policies, dress code, and store procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and protect assets.
