Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Task Associate to support daily store operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will help keep fixtures stocked, maintain cleanliness, and follow procedures to ensure accurate merchandise presentation and processes across the sales floor.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, adherence to policies, and teamwork with the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices)

Responsabilités

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and product is available for purchase.
• Maintain compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of operational processes, including shipment, replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory procedures.
• Maintain outstanding store standards and overall store cleanliness, including salesfloor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break area.
