Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations and guest experiences. You will keep fixtures stocked, maintain cleanliness, and assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager in achieving performance goals through efficient task execution.

The role requires attention to detail, adherence to procedures, and flexibility to work early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail experience and tech comfort are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent is preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS systems, Apple devices).
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and products are available.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard, including shipment and replenishment processes, merchandise sets, and inventory procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment for teammates and guests; participate in ongoing brand/category training.
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty policies and dress code; complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventory procedures, and processing shipments.
• Drive operational excellence by keeping work area replenished, signed, and faced; ensure testers are available.
• Maintain store cleanliness across sales floor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom and break area; protect assets via loss prevention practices.
• Execute other operational tasks as directed.
