Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations and ensure a consistently excellent guest experience. You will help keep fixtures stocked, maintain cleanliness, and assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager with processes and compliance.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to follow standard operating procedures while delivering on retail goals. A flexible schedule is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.
• Work a flexible schedule including early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and product is available.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and inventory processes.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Support a team environment and guest service.
• Follow store policies and dress code.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventory procedures, and shipments.
