Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will keep fixtures stocked, maintain cleanliness, and assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager with performance metrics and processes.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow procedures. Flexibility for early mornings, weekends, and holidays is needed, with opportunities to contribute to sales performance and brand standards.

Formación

• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring tasks are completed and products are available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard; ensure timely completion of processes including shipment, replenishment, merchandise sets and inventory procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment for teammates and guests.
• Participate in ongoing training to enable professional development and drive sales performance.
• Follow Ulta Beauty’s policies, procedures and standards; adhere to dress code.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventory procedures, and processing shipments using Ulta Beauty’s tools and best practices.
• Drive operational excellence by keeping work areas replenished and presentable; ensure testers are available.
• Maintain store cleanliness including sales floor, restrooms, cash-wrap, backroom and break areas.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention practices and delivering guest service.
