Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will keep shelves stocked, maintain cleanliness, and assist the Merchandise and Operations Managers in meeting store goals.

Responsibilities include inventory procedures, merchandising resets, and ensuring compliance with policies and dress code. A flexible schedule is required, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Keep fixtures stocked and merchandise available for purchase.
• Maintain store cleanliness and execute assigned tasks.
• Support Merchandise and Operations Managers with performance and procedures.
• Complete resets, planograms, displays and inventory procedures.
• Follow policies, dress code, and loss prevention practices.
• Provide excellent guest service and help protect assets.
• Be flexible with schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
