You will maintain stock, cleanliness, and execute merchandise replenishment while collaborating with the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager to meet sales and operational goals. The role requires attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, and a willingness to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS system and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Keep fixtures stocked with merchandise and maintain store cleanliness.
• Support the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager through a focus on performance, people, and process.
• Meet compliance and execution goals for the task dashboard and ensure timely completion of operations.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, and inventory procedures.
• Drive operational excellence by keeping work area replenished, signed, and faced, and ensuring testers are available.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention practices and providing guest service.
