Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations and guest experience. You will keep fixtures stocked, maintain store cleanliness, and complete assigned tasks to help meet sales goals.

You will work with the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager to follow procedures, use technology for transactions, and provide excellent service to guests. Flexibility for schedule is required as shifts vary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals by ensuring tasks are executed and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure the timely completion of all operational processes, including shipment and replenishment procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Keep store areas clean, stocked and welcoming for guests; support merchandise resets and inventory procedures.
