Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to drive operational excellence and support sales drivers in a fast paced store environment. You will keep fixtures stocked, ensure cleanliness, and follow procedures to meet performance metrics and guest service standards.

You will assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager, participate in training, and maintain store standards while working a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology including POS systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store retail goals by ensuring tasks are performed and products are available.
• Follow dashboards and complete operational processes including shipments, replenishment, and inventories.
• Maintain prompt attendance and keep the store clean and organized.
• Protect assets and provide guests with exceptional service.
