Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is looking for a Task Associate to support day-to-day store operations, ensuring fixtures are stocked and the store is clean to help drive sales. You will assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager and contribute to a positive guest experience.

The role requires flexibility across shifts, basic technology use (POS, Apple devices), and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Training and compliance with company standards are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year relevant work experience or equivalent education and experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver operational excellence to support sales goals and ensure fixtures are stocked.
• Maintain store cleanliness including sales floor, backroom, and restrooms.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventory procedures, and shipment processing using Ulta Beauty standards.
• Drive inventory accuracy and tester availability while following loss prevention best practices.
