Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Retail Manager to oversee daily operations of the assigned retail location in Texas. The role ensures efficient operations aligned with company policies and client contracts, coordinating guest services and merchandising, inventory, and purchasing to deliver a positive guest experience.

The manager will supervise inventory, warehouse activities, receiving, ticketing, and distribution, hire and train staff, manage open/close cash procedures, and maintain security standards.

Qualifications

• Requires 2-4 years of experience or a combination of education and experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or related field
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and Point of Sales systems
• Ability to work a flexible, event-based schedule including evenings and weekends
• Strong organizational skills
• P&L accountability and/or contract-managed service experience preferred
• Demonstrates excellent customer service using Aramark's standard service mode

Responsibilities

• Responsible for non-selling aspects of the retail operation including inventory management, warehouse management, receiving, ticketing and distribution
• Work with HR to hire staff and manage event/store staffing within payroll budget
• Develop and train customer service programs and product knowledge
• Open/close procedures with cash, credit card accountability and security requirements
• Address and resolve customer issues
• Verify accountability reports for sales and transfers
• Periodic ticketing verification of merchandise
• Lead periodic physical inventories and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial relationships
• Adapt duties as needed to meet commitments and business needs at Aramark
