CVS Health, a leader in accessible health care, seeks an Operations Manager to drive store execution and performance at a CVS/pharmacy. You will lead a productive team, oversee sales, inventory, staffing, and financial management, and champion exceptional customer service daily.

Under Store Manager supervision, you’ll implement policies, develop staff, and coordinate cross-functional activities to deliver high-quality care and loyalty.

Responsabilidades

• Lead others and work effectively with store crews and supervisors.
• Supervise, assign and direct activities of the store’s crew.
• Communicate information openly and timely to staff.
• Support Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvement.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and assist customers with questions and issues.
• Ensure adherence to laws, policies and safety requirements; coordinate workflow across workstations.
