Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team in a full-time role. The position drives store execution and performance while building customer loyalty through excellent service, reporting to the Store Manager and leading a productive store team.

You will supervise store crews, manage operations, and implement action plans for service improvements, while maintaining a strong focus on customer care and teamwork in a CVS/pharmacy environment.
