Qualifications

• Knowledge of store equipment operations and maintenance.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to work 45–48 hours per week.
• English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Hire, discipline, and terminate staff with District Manager involvement.
• Maintain labor budget and post schedules in advance.
• Oversee expenses and profitability to meet budget goals.
• Open and close shifts; complete required paperwork.
• Ensure customer service standards and issue resolution.
• Conduct regular team meetings and training.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and product standards.
• Report operational issues to upper management.
