Job summary

MRINetwork is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and adherence to standards across all store functions.

The role requires strong leadership, a focus on profitability, and a commitment to safety and quality. You will work with district leadership to meet company objectives and drive performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an Assistant Manager.
• Ability to obtain Food Safety Manager Certification within 6 months.
• Strong knowledge of operations and equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Hires, disciplines, and terminates personnel with input from District Manager.
• Maintains labor within budget and posts schedules 1+ weeks in advance.
• Reviews monthly P&L and controls expenses to meet budget goals.
• Ensures all documentation is complete, accurate, and on time.
• Opens and closes shifts and handles required paperwork.
• Ensures customer needs are met in line with service standards.
• Supervises cash control and bank deposits.
• Maintains store cleanliness and correct product stockage and pricing.
• Implements and reinforces company training programs.
• Ensures proper storage, dating, and temperature control of all food.
• Manages staffing levels for all shifts and conducts reviews.
• Attends management and training meetings as required.
