CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join our CVS/pharmacy team. You will work under the Store Manager to drive store execution, performance and customer service excellence.

Build and lead an engaged team, oversee sales, inventory, staffing and finances, and role-model safety and quality standards. The position supports the Store Manager with strategic actions, process improvements and strong communication across the store crew.
