Job summary

MERS/Missouri Goodwill Industries is seeking an energetic Assistant General Manager for the OFallon MO store. This role is an hourly full-time position with a $22.50 hourly rate and a monthly bonus potential up to $500.

Travel is 25% and you will support store operations, budgeting, and staff supervision. The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of management experience, a valid MO/IL license, and strong customer service and leadership skills to motivate employees and
