Responsibilities

• Manage cycle counts, stock-takes, reconciliation of discrepancies, and escalation of stock loss or adjustments.
• Supervise POS audits, cash drop procedures, returns/refunds, and other back-office administrative tasks.
• Lead loss prevention initiatives, security coordination, and store maintenance follow-up.
• Train, mentor, and onboard back-of-house staff to improve efficiency and operational compliance.
