Job summary

KwikFill in Beaver, PA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to share responsibility for store operations and drive daily sales. You will support the Store Manager, supervise staff, greet customers, and ensure cash handling and inventory controls are followed.

Responsibilities include training associates, maintaining merchandising standards, operating the POS system, and ensuring health and safety policies are followed. This role requires flexibility for nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License
• Dependable, independent transportation that does not rely on a third party
• A working phone number through which the Store Management and Staff can contact you

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities of employees to improve sales performance.
• Assist in the training and motivation of all store personnel.
• Offer appropriate customer service.
• Greet all customers with a smile and hello.
• Suggest merchandise purchases to all customers.
• Learn and operate the cash register and additional required equipment with accuracy.
• Price, stock, and face merchandise; stock shelves and backroom areas.
• Maintain and rotate product storage to avoid damage or spoilage.
• Follow health department rules and regulations and enforce safety policies.
• Account for all shift and daily transactions.
• Present a neat and clean appearance and adhere to dress code.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or District Manager.
• Must work at least two nights per week and three weekends per month.
