Qualifications

• 2 years of college or 1 year of retail experience with 1 year of supervisory experience; or 2 years of general work experience with 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and complete trainings (Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
• Firearms CBC or state Certificates may be required for applicable facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams; teach training and provide feedback to associates.
• Drive store financial performance by reviewing budgets, expenses and sales, and ensure effective merchandise presentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain Open Door Policy in daily operations.
