Responsabilités

• Lead and develop teams through training, feedback, and active listening to associates.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by modelling OBW standards and resolving issues.
• Drive store financial performance by reviewing P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Oversee merchandising, inventory flow, and store operations to meet sales and shrink targets.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates; promote belonging and inclusion.
• Ensure compliance with policies and Open Door guidance; support ethics and integrity in daily work.
