Job summary

Wal-Mart Stores East, LP is seeking a store leader in Greensboro, NC to oversee operations, develop teams and drive customer-focused results. You will coach associates, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with policies while delivering the One Best Way service model.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include 2 years of college or 1 year retail experience with 1 year supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and firearms training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams through training, feedback and coaching.
• Model exceptional customer service and manage customer service initiatives to ensure satisfaction.
• Drive store financial performance, budgeting, forecasting and expense control while maintaining effective merchandising and operations.
