Qualifications

• 2+ years of previous experience as a retail manager.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to respond to store alarm problems as needed.
• Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift.
• Lifting between 15-30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Communicate operational goals to maximize team contributions.
• Complete schedules, operational tasks, and visual merchandising.
• Ensure payroll budget is met without compromising customer expectations.
