Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 2+ years of previous experience as a retail manager.
• Able to respond to store alarm problems as needed.
• Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift.
• Lifting between 15-30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff and all aspects of store operations.
• Communicate operational goals to maximize contributions.
• Complete schedules and operational tasks.
• Ensure payroll budget is met.
• Provide effective leadership and motivation.
• Identify development needs and provide ongoing coaching.
