Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 2+ years of previous experience as a retail manager.
• Able to respond to store alarm problems as needed.
• Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift.
• Lifting between 15-30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Communicate the stores operational goals and directives to maximize team contributions.
• Ensure the payroll budget is met without compromising customer expectations.
• Actively participate in store meetings and identify business opportunities.
• Provide honest and effective leadership that builds a performance-driven culture.
