FashionUnited is seeking a Head Manager for their store in Mount Vernon, New York. The candidate will manage staff, oversee store operations, and ensure sales targets are met.

Primary responsibilities include communication of operational goals, staffing schedules, inventory management, and fostering a positive team culture. A successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, at least 2 years of retail management experience, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 2+ years of previous experience as a retail manager.
• Able to respond to store alarm problems as needed.
• Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift.
• Lifting between 15-30 pounds.
