Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by providing clear product information and service.
• Lead store operations across merchandising, pricing, and signage with the SM/ASM.
• Develop effective schedules and staffing to meet traffic while managing payroll goals.
• Hire and coach direct reports, conduct reviews and promotions, and uphold policies.
• Ensure safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures are followed.
