• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, listening to associates, and providing feedback.
• Drives financial performance and sales by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates through hiring, training, mentoring, and recognition.
• Ensures compliance with policies, Open Door Policy, and ethics; supports Walmart’s mission and integrity.
