Job summary

CVS Health in Edmond, Oklahoma is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team. You will drive store execution, performance, and customer service excellence while building loyalty to CVS/pharmacy.

Under the supervision of the Store Manager, you will lead a productive team, manage sales, inventory, staffing, and finances, and communicate clearly with crew and supervisors to implement improvement plans.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
