Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team. The role focuses on driving store execution, performance, and customer service to build consumer loyalty across CVS/pharmacy.

Under the Store Manager, you will lead a productive team, implement policies, manage sales, inventory, and finances, and guide continuous improvement efforts while ensuring safety and quality in all activities.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, advanced analytical skills, and computer skills.
• Advanced communication, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
• Experience as a retail manager or supervisor.
