Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team. This role drives store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty, reporting to the Store Manager to maintain an engaged team and lead by example.

Responsibilities include managing store operations, sales, inventory, staffing, training, finance, and customer service leadership. The role emphasizes avoiding the CVS/pharmacy Retail Management Development Program path and planning for long-term growth

Qualifications

• Must have strong deductive reasoning and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership and supervisory abilities.
• Ability to work a full‑time flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Lead others and work effectively with store crews.
• Supervise, assign and direct activities of the store's crew.
• Communicate information to store crew and supervisors openly and promptly.
• Support Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvements.
• Provide exceptional customer service leadership to ensure customer satisfaction.
