Job summary

CVS Health seeks an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team, driving store execution and performance while building customer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through excellent service. Under the Store Manager, you will lead an engaged team, demonstrate initiative and lead by example.

Responsibilities include overall store management, sales and inventory management, staffing and development, financial management and customer service leadership.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise
