Job summary

lululemon seeks an Assistant Manager, Operations to lead store operations in Santa Barbara. You will implement the Store Manager’s vision, plan weekly schedules, manage labor and budget, and ensure accurate inventory and vendor coordination.

You will also drive store-level projects and support a safe, inclusive team environment. This role requires 1 year of operation management experience, payroll processing, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• 1 year experience managing business operations and administration, including scheduling and management of designated labor hours and projects.

Responsibilities

• Implement Store Manager’s Operations vision and cascade to team members.
• Plan and prepare weekly team member schedule according to labor requirements and budget.
• Manage budget, P&L, expenses, and inventory counts with Store Manager.
• Support store-level projects and initiatives from the SSC.
• Lead and develop team members, including payroll and time-off approvals.
• Ensure seamless guest experience through omnichannel programs and store operations.
