Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Operations to support our store leadership team in California. You will manage the weekly staff schedule, payroll processes, and labor hours while maximizing inventory accuracy, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities uptime.

• 1 year experience managing business operations and administration, including scheduling and management of designated labor hours and managing projects or processes
• Experience with payroll processing and budgeting considerations
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and guest service orientation

Responsibilities

• Implement the Store Manager’s Operations vision for the store and cascade to team members.
• Plan and prepare weekly team member schedule according to labor requirements, availability, and budget considerations.
• Manage budget and business data (e.g., P&L, expenses) and inform planning processes.
• Write the store’s weekly schedule and complete payroll and related documentation.
• Lead inventory management, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities upkeep at the store level.
• Execute store-level operations-focused directives and initiatives.
• Ensure a safe work environment and adherence to policies.
