Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, train and evaluate employees, ensuring proper staffing and compliance with labor laws.
• Communicate performance, conduct, safety expectations; conduct meetings to promote safety and policies.
• Analyze operating statements to identify trends and control expenses.
• Manage inventory levels through ordering, cycle counts and merchandise presentation.
• Maintain store security, cash handling accuracy, and adherence to company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a clean, safe shopping environment.
• Complete all required documentation accurately and timely.
