• Responsible for hiring, training, and developing associates
• Manage performance through coaching, appraisal and disciplinary efforts
• Provide leadership and motivation within the store to promote company culture
• Maintain an atmosphere of enthusiastic customer awareness and fast service
• Ensure proper control of all store funds and assets
• Observe and correct unsafe conditions and ensure safety standards
• Ensure compliance with security, safety, and food safety standards
• Use company tools and reports to support store budgets and operations
• Serve as Manager on Duty and assist the Store Manager as needed
• Lead day-to-day operations and drive adherence to standard practices
