Job summary

You will recruit and evaluate staff, lead opening/closing, manage inventory and safety, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Retail management experience preferred; bilingual skills may be a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of inventory management, cash handling, and retail practices.
• Experience in retail management preferred; high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to interpret manuals, perform math calculations, and handle physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Effective interpersonal skills; bilingual skills may be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, train, and evaluate staff, ensuring proper staffing and compliance with labor laws.
• Lead daily store opening and closing; monitor sales, profitability, inventory, and expenses.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, inventory accuracy, and security protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service and foster a safe, organized shopping environment.
• Adhere to company policies, complete documentation, and ensure safety and security standards.
