Job summary

You will open/close the store, manage cash controls, analyze performance, and ensure a safe, clean environment. Experience in retail and a high school diploma preferred; bilingual skills may be advantageous.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruiting, staffing, and training staff.
• Participate in merchandising, stocking, and store presentation.
• Manage inventory, including damages, markdowns, and conducting inventories.
• Support in ordering to meet in-stock targets.
• Provide superior customer service and act as a role model for company policies.
• Participate in store opening and closing, ensure cash and security controls, and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Analyze store performance through operating statements to identify trends and control expenses.
• Complete necessary documentation accurately and timely.
