Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Store Manager to oversee all store operations, including staffing, training, inventory management, merchandising and customer service. You will ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

The role requires strong leadership, ability to recruit and evaluate staff, manage opening/closing, monitor sales and expenses, maintain safety and security, and deliver exceptional service. A high school diploma and retail management experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Interpret documents, perform basic math, and handle cash accurately.
• Knowledge of inventory, merchandising, and retail operations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with recruiting, legal compliance and store security practices.
• High school diploma or equivalent and management experience in retail preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, train, and evaluate employees while ensuring proper staffing levels.
• Lead performance management, conduct evaluations, and address gaps or disciplinary issues.
• Manage store opening and closing, monitor sales, profitability, and expenses through operating statements.
• Order merchandise to meet or exceed stock targets, oversee inventory accuracy, and merchandise presentation.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and security, ensuring compliance with safety policies and cash handling procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service and foster a positive shopping environment.
• Ensure proper use of tools and equipment, and complete all necessary documentation accurately and timely.
