Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, retain, and train employees; conduct performance reviews and provide counseling or advancement recommendations.
• Communicate performance, conduct, and safety expectations; ensure proper staffing and store opening/closing procedures.
• Analyze operating statements to identify business trends and control expenses; manage inventory levels and ordering plans.
• Oversee merchandise presentation, pricing, signage, and stock organization to meet company standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory and ensure store security through cash handling, key control, and safety policies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service; maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and complete documentation accurately and timely.
