Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, oversee staff development, and ensure presentation and service standards across all areas.

You will recruit, train, and evaluate employees, open and close the store, manage inventory and pricing, analyze sales data, and uphold safety, cleanliness, and cash-handling procedures. Bi-lingual speakers may be preferred at some locations.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret documents, perform mathematical calculations, and manage cash procedures.
• Knowledge of inventory, merchandising, and safety practices.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Bi-lingual Spanish speakers may be preferred at some locations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, evaluate, and retain staff, ensuring proper staffing and labor-law compliance.
• Conduct performance reviews, address gaps, and make recommendations on pay and advancement.
• Maintain store operations by opening/closing, managing inventory, and ensuring merchandise presentation aligns with standards.
• Analyze operational data to identify sales trends, control expenses, and reduce shrinkage.
• Ensure customer service excellence, store cleanliness, safety, and security.
• Adhere to company policies, complete documentation accurately, and maintain financial integrity through cash handling and security procedures.
