Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a interim/permanent Store Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day store activities, staffing, and performance. You will ensure efficient processes from ordering to customer service while maintaining compliance with labor laws.

The role emphasizes inventory control, merchandising, safety, and accurate documentation in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer experience and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Interpret manuals, perform calculations, and handle cash procedures.
• Knowledge of inventory, merchandising, and safety practices.
• Effective communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred management experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual Spanish speakers may be preferred for some locations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, train, and evaluate employees, ensuring proper staffing and compliance with labor laws.
• Conduct performance reviews, recommend pay raises, and address employee conduct and safety expectations.
• Oversee store opening and closing, monitor sales and inventory trends, and manage stock levels to meet or exceed targets.
• Ensure merchandise presentation, inventory accuracy, and store cleanliness while maintaining a safe shopping environment.
• Manage cash handling, security, and financial integrity through strict adherence to policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and foster team collaboration.
• Complete documentation accurately and follow operational procedures.
