Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager at Oakbrook Center, IL. In this full-time role you will drive sales, oversee daily operations, and lead a team with a focus on customer experience and brand standards.

You will open/close the store, supervise staff, handle scheduling and payroll, train associates, and maintain visual merchandising while using POS and supporting omni-channel orders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to coach others and build teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines for daily store operations.
• Supervise salesfloor and stockroom to ensure excellent service and smooth operations.
• Staffing, scheduling, and payroll management; train non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and maintain brand standards; build visual displays.
• Analyze reports to inform decisions; manage inventory and protect assets.
• Operate POS systems and fulfill omni-channel orders.
