Job summary

LLBean’s Charlottesville store seeks a Year-round/Full-time Store Team Leader of Merchandising to drive sales, lead a seasonal team, and execute compelling merchandise presentations. You will plan floor sets, review reports, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining brand standards.

You will train associates, lead guides, and coordinate with store leadership to meet goals, manage signage, and support health and safety while upholding LLBean’s values in a fast-paced outdoor

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required (2-year program).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Systems knowledge (POS, Word, Excel) and comfort with social media platforms.
• Ability to build strong partnerships and collaborate to achieve goals.
• Inspire and motivate others; maintain enthusiasm.
• Foster an inclusive work environment and customer experience.
• Collaborate across teams to serve diverse customers and staff.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Mobility and relocation willingness is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising: support role under Product area for stores.
• Plan maps and floor sets translating guides into merchandise displays.
• Analyze reports and use business sense to drive sales.
• Execute visual displays and window merchandising.
• Coordinate floor sets and replenishment with Operations Productivity team.
• Implement marketing signage and promotions.
• Perform markdowns and merchandise recovery processes.
• Lead and coach staff to deliver best-in-class customer experience.
• Act as Leader on Duty to drive conversion and sales.
• Use reports to analyze trends and identify opportunities.
• Develop actions to enhance customer loyalty and service metrics.
