Job summary

Universal Supply Co., a Division of US LBM Holdings, LLC, is seeking an experienced store operations manager to lead daily activities across sales, service, purchasing, and manufacturing, with accountability for profitability and up to $15M annual sales.

You will supervise managers, coordinate workflows, manage inventory, ensure on-time delivery, uphold safety, review reports, and develop budgets while maintaining strong customer relations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of management experience in a related industry.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of building industry and distribution operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate others with minimal supervision.
• Strong budgeting and cost control abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily store activities and sales operations.
• Direct and train managers and supervisors.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure on-time delivery.
• Oversee safety and compliance with policies.
• Review reports on sales, production, expenses and labor.
• Develop budgets and monitor variances.
• Coordinate workflow between departments.
