Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years of management experience in a related industry required.

Responsibilities

• Manages and coordinates daily store activities; resolves operating difficulties and implements resolutions.
• Assigns, instructs, trains and directs managers and supervisors in their jobs.
• Reviews personnel assignments with managers and supervisors and allocates according to production and sales plans.
• Monitors inventory levels to ensure adequate material availability.
• Oversees profitability by monitoring sales activities and cost controls.
• Acts as safety officer; attends monthly safety meetings and audits work areas.
• Sets operational goals; develops work schedules to meet them and ensures on-time delivery or job completion.
• Reviews reports on sales, production, expenses, labor, attendance, and other store operation metrics.
• Monitors equipment; maintains preventative maintenance schedules.
• Interacts with customers to promote sales and resolve issues; follows up on complaints for satisfactory outcomes.
• Manages costs and implements cost controls; performs personnel management duties including hiring, disciplining, and wage recommendations.
• Monitors work performance and quality; discusses improvements with supervisors.
• Coordinates workflow between departments; strives for excellent customer relations.
• Prepares location budget and reviews variances with department supervisors.
