Job summary

Tractor Supply, a leading rural lifestyle retailer, is seeking a Store Leader to drive sales, lead a team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences in our Michigan store. You will plan daily operations, coach team members, and uphold safety and loss-prevention standards.

Ideal candidates bring retail leadership experience, strong communication, and a commitment to legendary customer service. A high school diploma is required, with a bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous retail leadership experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or the equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations, including driving sales and profit.
• Plan and prioritize work, delegate daily tasks, and review ACT missions.
• Support Customer loyalty, selling skills, training, and policy adherence.
• Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash handling.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive shopping experience.
