Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a capable retail leader to join our Mount Pleasant store team. You will help manage daily operations, drive sales, and coach Team Members to deliver Legendary Customer Experience.

The role requires flexibility for varied hours and weekends, with emphasis on safety and policy adherence. Ideal candidates bring prior retail leadership experience and knowledge of farming or related fields.

Qualifications

• Previous retail leadership experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Regardless of education level, you must be able to read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, and have the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Uphold and promote a safe and productive work environment by following and enforcing policies and procedures.
• Deliver Legendary Service and reinforce Leading with Legendary behaviors through Customer engagement, Team Member coaching, and accountability for execution.
• Use A+ Coaching routines to develop Team Members, improve selling behaviors, and reinforce consistent operating standards.
• Assist the Store Manager with overall store operations, including driving sales and profit, planning and prioritizing work, delegating daily tasks, and reviewing and completing ACT missions.
• Support Customer loyalty, selling skills, monthly training, and a culture of product knowledge across the store.
