Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team, driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty through excellent customer service. The role reports to the Store Manager and leads a store team, ensuring strong leadership and initiative.

Responsibilities include overall store management, sales and inventory control, staffing, training, development, and financial management, as well as customer service leadership.

Qualifications

• Must have deductive reasoning, advanced analytical and computer skills.
• Strong communication, leadership, supervision and influencing abilities.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store crews and supervise activities.
• Communicate information to store crew and supervisors openly and promptly.
• Support action plans for operational and service improvements.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture.
