Job summary

The Operations Manager at CVS Health sits on the Store Management team and drives store execution, performance and customer service to build loyalty. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will lead an engaged store team and model initiative, accountability, and safety in daily operations.

You will oversee staffing, training, inventory and financial management, while collaborating with partners to maintain strong store performance and a positive shopping experience for customers and communities

Qualifications

• Must have deductive reasoning and strong analytical skills.
• Good communication, leadership and supervision abilities.
• Willing to work full-time with flexible schedule including mornings/overnights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store crew and work effectively with store crews.
• Supervise, assign and direct activities of the store’s crew.
• Effectively communicate information to store crew and supervisors in an open and timely manner.
• Support Store Manager with actions plans for operational and service improvement.
